After 15 years as an Early Childhood Educator - I noticed something.
Not all families could afford sleep consulting.
This is what drove me to offer affordable sleep consulting services.
Every family deserves great sleep; regardless of their circumstances.
I offer two affordable options for families. 1 on 1 support, or group support- for an even more affordable option. Let me teach you and your friends how your babies can get great sleep!

We can schedule an in-person visit to observe the challenges you are facing with your child's sleep and give a custom sleep plan! Your plan includes setting up an optimal environment, a proper schedule and an age-appropriate sleep routine!
I have been an Early Childhood Educator working with children for 15 years and I'm also a mother of two! When my son was born we struggled with sleep. I had no education about sleep. I sleep trained my son and saw so many positive benefits!
I made it my mission to learn everything I could about pediatric sleep! Now my goal is to help other families get great sleep too!
Sleep training doesn't have to be complicated or involve crying! My approach makes it simple!
I understand not everyone can afford private sleep consulting. I offer affordable group workshops and private consulting as well!
I have been working with children over the last 15 years. I have worked in many different settings including daycare centers, kindergarten classrooms and operating a home daycare.
I have seen the impacts of fragmented sleep and how it negatively affects children's development.
I have helped many families with sleep issues over the last few years and have seen such positive results!
After supportive sleep training, parents reported their child having better self regulation, improved eating , and better focus!
All it takes is teaching your child to fall asleep independently ONE TIME to see a huge improvement in their sleep. The constant positive feedback I receive from families is so important to me.

Well-rested parents can handle daily challenges with more patience and clarity. Getting proper sleep can also improve symptoms of PPD.
Sleep deprivation is strongly linked to an increased risk of developing postpartum depression. Restoring healthy sleep habits can help reduce the severity of symptoms and improve overall mental health.
Consistent quality sleep supports physical growth, brain development, and overall health. Children who don't get adequate, restorative sleep can end up missing milestones because they are actually too tired to develop their skills!
Babies learn to self-soothe and develop independence in their sleep patterns.
It assists with consistent sleep patterns & helps establish a regular sleep schedule, making naps and bedtime more predictable. It also eliminates the need for sleep aids such as pacifiers, rocking to sleep, feeding to sleep, etc.
Babies who can self-soothe are less likely to wake up frequently and need parental intervention. This leads to great quality & restorative sleep!
Sleep is a skill that can be taught.
Having a predictable sleep schedule for your child makes it easier to schedule things in your life. Having more time for yourself can lead to a better life balance.
It can give you more time to focus on your relationships.

"Jacky helped me with both my kids. My 3 year old had the hardest time with sleep. He cut naps far too early, challenged us at bedtime and would wake at 2am with no plans on going back go bed. After just 2 nights of going with what Jacky taught me he's now back to sleeping soundly and napping daily.
It got to the point where we started thinking "sleep is for the weak" we started dreading bedtime and in no time we were back go a regular routine with ease!
Then my 7 months old struggled. After spending 4 hours a night trying to just put him down only to wake less then 2 hours later I was sooo frustrated. We reached out to Jacky once again, she quickly helped correct this. Night 2 we already saw significant improvements he would fuss for a minute and then he'd be right to sleep. Night 3 he was out in a matter of seconds! Not only did this help him learn to put himself to bed, he's also sleeping longer at night. He used to wake up every 2.5 to 3h like clock work!
