After 17 years as an Early Childhood Educator, one thing became clear to me: many families simply couldn’t access traditional sleep consulting services. That realization inspired me to create affordable, approachable support—because every family deserves restful sleep, no matter their circumstances.
Along with my professional experience, I’m also a mother of two. When my son was born, we faced our own sleep challenges. At the time, I knew very little about pediatric sleep, and navigating those struggles firsthand opened my eyes. Once I learned how to support his sleep effectively, the positive changes were incredible.
That experience sparked a passion. I committed myself to learning everything I could about pediatric sleep, and today my mission is to help other families experience the same transformation.
Sleep training doesn’t have to be overwhelming or filled with tears. My approach is gentle, clear, and designed to make the process feel manageable for every parent.
Understanding that not all families can invest in private consulting, I offer both affordable group workshops and individualized support—so you can choose the option that fits your needs and your budget.

With more than 17 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings—including daycare centers, kindergarten classrooms, and my own home daycare—I’ve seen firsthand how fragmented sleep can affect a child’s development. Poor sleep impacts everything from emotional regulation to learning, behavior, and overall well‑being.
Over the past several years, I’ve supported many families through their sleep challenges and witnessed remarkable transformations. Parents often share that after implementing supportive sleep strategies, their child shows improved self‑regulation, better eating habits, and increased focus.
Sometimes, all it takes is helping a child learn to fall asleep independently just once to spark a major shift in their sleep patterns. Hearing the positive changes families experience is incredibly meaningful to me.
My goal is simple: to support other moms and caregivers who are facing the same struggles I once did. You don’t have to navigate sleep challenges alone, and I’m here to make the process clearer, gentler, and more achievable.

Naps before age four play a huge role in helping a child’s brain and nervous system develop. When a young child misses a nap, their stress levels can stay high for hours, which can lead to meltdowns, clinginess, or panic.
Nighttime sleep isn’t enough to handle all the stress children build up during the day. At night, the brain is busy learning and forming new connections, but daytime naps give the brain a chance to rest, reset, and regulate emotions. Without naps, the body stays stuck in “fight-or-flight” mode, releasing stress hormones that affect mood and behavior.
These short rest breaks aren’t optional—they’re essential. Naps help kids recover from too much stimulation, process what they’ve experienced, and get their nervous system ready for learning and social interaction. Without them, children stay on high alert, making it harder for them to manage their emotions.
Parents can support good nap habits by keeping routines predictable, creating calm sleep spaces, and following sleep needs based on age. Being consistent strengthens both brain development and emotional stability.
Seeing naps as essential—not just extra downtime—helps us understand how important they are. Prioritizing naps supports stress management, focus, and resilience, laying the groundwork for long-term emotional and cognitive growth.
Well-rested parents can handle daily challenges with more patience and clarity. Getting proper sleep can also improve symptoms of PPD.
Sleep deprivation is strongly linked to an increased risk of developing postpartum depression. Restoring healthy sleep habits can help reduce the severity of symptoms and improve overall mental health.
Consistent quality sleep supports physical growth, brain development, and overall health. Children who don't get adequate, restorative sleep can end up missing milestones because they are actually too tired to develop their skills!
Babies learn to self-soothe and develop independence in their sleep patterns.
It assists with consistent sleep patterns & helps establish a regular sleep schedule, making naps and bedtime more predictable. It also eliminates the need for sleep aids such as pacifiers, rocking to sleep, feeding to sleep, etc.
Babies who can self-soothe are less likely to wake up frequently and need parental intervention. This leads to great quality & restorative sleep!
Sleep is a skill that can be taught.
Having a predictable sleep schedule for your child makes it easier to schedule things in your life. Having more time for yourself can lead to a better life balance.
It can give you more time to focus on your relationships.

"Jacky helped me with both my kids. My 3 year old had the hardest time with sleep. He cut naps far too early, challenged us at bedtime and would wake at 2am with no plans on going back go bed. After just 2 nights of going with what Jacky taught me he's now back to sleeping soundly and napping daily.
It got to the point where we started thinking "sleep is for the weak" we started dreading bedtime and in no time we were back go a regular routine with ease!
Then my 7 months old struggled. After spending 4 hours a night trying to just put him down only to wake less then 2 hours later I was so frustrated. We reached out to Jacky once again, she quickly helped correct this. Night 2 we already saw significant improvements he would fuss for a minute and then he'd be right to sleep. Night 3 he was out in a matter of seconds! Not only did this help him learn to put himself to bed, he's also sleeping longer at night. He used to wake up every 2.5 to 3h like clock work!
I can't recommend Jacky enough! She was reassuring, very quick to reply and made sure that any questions were answered with ease and confidence!"
